This website is operated by Ralitix ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data collected through it. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@ralitix.com.
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare for and hold an audit call, and, if you become a client, to provide our services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We never sell your data or add you to a newsletter.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep project-related records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Email contact@ralitix.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
